Caliber earbuds are designed to reduce exposure to harmful noise levels during shooting and other loud activities. However, no hearing protection device can guarantee complete prevention of hearing damage in all circumstances.
Factors outside our control — including firearm caliber, shooting environment, improper fit, inconsistent use, or pre-existing hearing conditions — can affect how much protection you experience. Temporary ringing in the ears (tinnitus) or other auditory effects may still occur even when hearing protection is worn.
By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Caliber is not responsible for any hearing damage, hearing loss, or tinnitus experienced before, during, or after use of our products.
- Results vary by individual, environment, and use case.
- Our products are not a substitute for professional hearing advice. If you have concerns about your hearing, consult a licensed audiologist before use.
- You assume full responsibility for proper fit, consistent use, and ensuring the product is appropriate for your specific shooting environment.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Caliber and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any auditory injury or condition arising from the use or misuse of our products.
